Your mental health matters! Kick-start the spring season by igniting your wellness journey through yoga. This is your opportunity to connect with a supportive community and learn how to improve your mental health through mindful movement.
Join us for a special 4-week series led by Sara Cain-Da Costa (E-RYT500). Each session will combine gentle flow yoga, breathwork, meditation, and positive affirmations to nurture your mental wellness. We’ll also dedicate time for engaging group discussions, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered.
